about the KLEBNIKOV CARNAVAL
For the third time, without any sponsoring or financial support, participants from all over the world will join us for a celebration of indepent and unbound creativity held in honour and for the promotion of our Great President of Time Velimir Khlebnikov I!
Visitors will gather, have fun while enjoying poetic readings, performances, music, theater, spoken word and all kinds of visual arts in a childfriendly environment.
It’s a golden opportunity to get to know the work of some of the most interesting people around in a relaxed and unforced way and it’s all entirely free. Participants attend or contribute in the spirit of free exchange of cultural goods.
All contributions are diligently archived and will be shown at subsequent edition inasmuch as space and time allows. At the end of this five year project, an on- and offline exhibition will be held showing all contributions 2008-2012.

• Envoyer ou faire parvenir vos objets (textes, œuvres graphiques, enregistrements musicaux, documents, ou autres..) à l’adresse suivante:

• Envoyer vos fichiers digitaux – éventuellement avec des instructions de performance ou de présentation à dirk_at_vilt.net (pour les fichiers de taille importante, il est préférable de nous envoyer un simple courriel, nous vous ferons parvenir de suite une adresse ftp pour télécharger vos fichiers).
• Présenter votre œuvre avec cœur et âme pendant le festival participatif (performance, spectacle, théâtre, mime, dance, musique,…). Envoyer un mail à dirk_at_vilt.net ou téléphonez Dirk Vekemans (++32 476 494818) pour de plus amples informations ou pour vos inscriptions.
• Contribuer en tant que bénévole à l’organisation du Carnaval (construction/ démantèlement – animation pour enfants – permanence pour les stands – promotion -…)
• Monter votre stand d’informations en tant qu’organisation (créateurs libres – action socioculturelle – cercle ou club littéraire -…). Mêmes données de contact que ci dessus.
Les personnes ou groupes qui confirment leur participation endéans les délais, bénéficieront de publicité sur nos affiches, flyers et annonces.
KLEBNIKOV CARNAVAL est le festival participatif unique de la Lyrique Libre, organisé par Grapes of Art, De Bereklauw et ViLT, ceci dans le Centre de l’Univers Connue, Kessel-Lo, l’inégalé.
Ce festival participatif est la fête de la créativité sans contraintes ni obligations, il aura lieu pour la troisième fois sans quelconque forme de sponsoring ni subsides. Les événements sont exclusivement supportés par les participants et les organisateurs.
Chaque année vous pouvez vous régaler gratuitement pendant 8 – cette année trois – jours de performances de poésie, musique, théâtre, de la parole parlée, d’une exposition hybride d’images, graphiques, vispo, photographie, installations vidéo, animation pour enfants, joie & amusement.
>> Vendredi soir, le 3 septembre, sera principalement consacré aux performances de musique.
>> Le samedi et dimanche, des performances auront lieu d’une façon continue, de 13 heures jusqu’épuisement de stock (samedi jusqu’à minuit, dimanche jusqu’à 20 heures aux environs).
>> Les jours de samedi et dimanche, nous présenterons aussi les hôtes que nous avons invités nous-mêmes. A part de ceci, tout le monde peut participer de la façon qu’il choisit. Les horaires et délais des performances spontanés seront convenus au moment même, selon l’éventail des offres qui se présentent à ce stade.
>> Pour les participants, nous avons prévu de quoi manger et boire, merci de signaler si vous souhaitez passer y la nuit, dans ce cas nous réserverons une place pour dormir
